cPacket Networks interview questions

An employee reached out to me for an interview. There did not seem to be a recruiter. Mostly behavioral, a couple technical questions with review of my experience. I never heard anything from them again despite following up.

Hiring manager was nice and process seemed normal at first. One red flag from the start was a very large comp range and low for their desired 10+ yr work experience. When meeting with the broader team they seemed disengaged and bored on the calls. went radio silent for several months with no communication. Then I got an email from HR I never met that I'm no longer being considered. Overall disrespectful and felt like I was being interviewed to fulfill quota.
