There's quite a lot of process, from self assesment, on demand video interview, until techincal interview. Not too hard, but not too easy too. Technical interview meaning that they will show you some problem cases, and you need to work it on the spot and then present of what you have been working on

Was technical interview for about an hour and 15 minutes. The questions covered fundamental reservoir engineering and how to create a simulation case. Questions were also about how to estimate OOIP.

What are the uncertainties of each stage?
