Next round, a psychiamtric test based on numeric and deductive reasoning.
Finally round, pre recorded interview (on Hirevue)
The interview process was lengthy and the first round online test was difficult. However if you practice online a little before it is much easier. The Hire View interview asked standard questions such as "why do you want to work at Bp?" and "tell us a time you overcame a difficult work place situation."

Interview
Two employees in the field did the interview via Teams. Initially, they asked some questions about things included in my CV. This was followed by the main part of the interview, which is the technical part. They introduced a broad problem and went through the details one by one, asking for different kinds of approaches and considerations when dealing with them. Finally, there was an opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company in general.
