Applied online; process was fairly quick. I first had a telephone interview with HR, pretty standard competency. This was followed by a technical interview in Aberdeen. Asked me about university experience, then onto scenario based questions about wells, drilling and drilling fluids etc. Looked like they had about 5 or 6 scenarios to choose from but only gave 2.

Not bad at all it was a pleasant experience doing it with them. And also the hiring team were really nice. I got a good offer from them and it was good
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at bp (Baku, Baku) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was smooth but a bit difficult. Group task is challenging and good and it s where you can show your skills. Then it was followed with more technical questions. To my understanding recruiter are more interested to see how you interact with group members.
