Interview
Applied online, and got an email invitation for a visual interview. Basically you watch the interview video, record your answers using your laptop webcam, and there's a timer it automatically cut off when time is up.
Pros;
- i was able to do it virtually
- the interviewer had interest in my responses and provided a calm and not stressful environment
Cons:
- heard positive feedback, but didn't follow up

an interview covering me, the company, things I like, things they wamt, who I am, who they are, what's going on. how could this happen to me, I've made my mistakes, got nowhere to run, but life goes on as I'm fading away.
It was a 5 stage interview process.
Following online application, One Online test, value based interview, technical interview specific to discipline applied for,and assessment centre in person. Overall took about four to five months.
