Met a recruiter at a campus recruiting event. Applied online through BP and through the university. Performed a face-to-face interview on campus a few weeks later. Flew to Houston a month after to perform a second round interview.

It was quite good. Interviewer did not make you feel questioned at all, instead they help you to get answer by logical arguments. I dont remeber anymore. Please fix this useless questions as 30 wod minimum etc.
