Het proces duurde veel te lang, met meerdere stappen, tests, enz. Het was onduidelijk hoeveel langer het zou gaan duren. Intussen wat anders gevonden. Ze hebben duidelijk geen haast om mensen aan te nemen

Assess: bachelor/master degree, <1 year of working experience (after graduating), Java/Kotlin background
HR Assessment
Take Home Task includes: Personality, inductive logical thinking and deductive logical thinking assessments.
First Interview
60 minutes: with an engineering manager to assess: assertiveness, self starting & bol competences
one hr and one technical round and then it was over all a good experience.
I was simultaneously kept posted about the next steps which I felt was a very good experience
