CV sent through recruitment agency. Agency came straight back to me to organise an interview. I did have to wait a couple of weeks for an interview though and 6 of us were shortlisted.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Other than this I really wasn't asked very much. The interviewer did most of the talking, I tried to talk whenever there was a pause otherwise I wouldn't have got a fair shot.
