Interview was a three part interview process - initial interview, take home test and final interview with the COO. All interviewers made me feel comfortable and was easy going. Enjoyable experience!

Interview
There were two interviews. First one with some technical questions (although the agency has led me to expect there would not be technical questions at this stage). Then one where I met people from various departments.
Afterwards I was told the post had been offered to someone whom they could get to work for them more cheaply. I had given a salary estimate to the agency, but it was negotiable and I was sorry they did not try to negotiate with me about this.
