The whole process was quick since I was already working at the company in other department. First they ask you about your current role at the company and how you think it helps you to get to the new role, then they ask you technical stuff about trading and finally you have a interview via Zooms with someone from management who asks you more questions about your knowledge about sports betting and hypothetical questions related to common sports situations and how you handle them in sports trading.
