I applied through LinkedIn in 2025 January and got response by recruiter after about 2 weeks. He wanted to schedule a meeting and postponed the meeting about 3 times for about 3 months. I never even got the interview call from the recruiter only got invite for next interview and no show at the time of the meeting.
