I was contacted by a recruiter and that screening process took about 15 minutes. I had an interview with 2 individuals the next day and it was a great experience. It was more of a conversation with excellent questions. I was told next steps would be to interview with the director and I would receive an email to schedule that. I haven’t had any other communication since.
