We would like to apologize for communications issues on our side and this in no way represents how we would like to treat our potential colleagues.
The reason why we give salary numbers at the end of the interview process is that we want to evaluate candidates’ actual skills and not base the decision entirely on the CV. In doing so we make sure that our decisions are based on the overall impression and experience and the candidates have the opportunity to showcase their complete skill set. Unfortunately, in very rare cases this can lead to a rather big gap between salary expectations and what we can offer.
