Interview
The process consisted of several rounds of interviews, including a technical assessment, coding challenge, and multiple virtual meetings with different members of the hiring team. The technical assessment was challenging but fair and helped to assess my programming skills in a time-limited environment. The coding challenge was also challenging, but it was a great opportunity to demonstrate my coding skills while being given the chance to showcase my creative problem-solving abilities. The interviewers were all friendly and professional throughout the process, and they provided clear and concise instructions for each stage of the interview. Additionally, they asked relevant technical questions and were genuinely interested in my responses. One thing I particularly appreciated was the feedback given to me throughout the interview process.
