I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at adidas in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied in November initially when the applications were still available. After about 3 months I received information regarding a Product Marketing position. I emailed the recruiter back immediately and we set up a 1 on 1 Skype interview for the following day. This interview was essentially screening to make sure you're a good fit for the position. I had a panel interview with the hiring team 2 weeks later. The interview was about 45 minutes long via Skype. As long as you are prepared well, and have clearly done your research about the company, the position you're interviewing for, and you show that you're passionate about the opportunity, it should go smoothly. They ask a mixture of behavioral and personal questions. Be sure to have multiple questions prepared for them to help show your interest. This is a competitive internship, it's important to stand out among the others. I had my interview on a Friday, and I received a call from my recruiter that same evening offering me the position.

Question 1
What is your favorite class? Do you consider yourself inherently smart or hardworking? Why adidas? What recent ad campaign (doesn't have to be adidas) stood out to you and why?
It was a round of a Basic interview finding out about yourself and excel test testing on supply chain analyst based on real life problems faced by the company every day.

Interview
The process began with a CV screening, followed by a video interview, and then in‑person interviews. I was interviewing for two positions: Brand Communications and Marketing.
For the Brand Communications role, I completed a task and an interview, after which I was invited to interview with a different team. It later became clear, though never directly communicated to me, that the first team had selected someone else and passed my profile to another team. As a result, I had to complete a second task and interview for that team, but I never received any follow‑up or feedback about this position.
For the Marketing role, I had one in‑person interview (with no task required), received an offer, and accepted it.
Overall, I found the process quite long‑winded. In total, I went through five interviews (video and in‑person) and completed two tasks. I also found it unprofessional that I was never contacted about the Brand Communications position, especially after putting in so much time and effort.
Started with a one pager that you submit. Then if selected, you do a pre-recorded video interview which consisted of 3-5 questions. Then, if selected for the final pool of candidates which was around 4 people, then you do a final round panel interview with the hiring manager and one to two other people. Whole process took around a month. Super smooth and seamless process.
