The adRise interview was an atypical experience. The EM I interviewed with for the "Manager interview" bypassed introductions and focused solely on DevOps edge cases rather than my core expertise. To add to the frustration, no specific feedback was provided regarding the decision not to proceed, leaving the process feeling quite opaque.
Submit a code challenge, if passed then went on-site interview. The code challenge has the answers so you know if you make it correctly or not. You can choose any language you like and the time is unlimited.
Applied through recruiter. Asked to do a Codility test by the CTO after initial phone call. Time limit is 10 hours but you can do in 3-4 as it is only 3 questions. The first one is the most tricky in my opinion. Second and third are doable. I did the first one wrong, but it passed the example, and gave the CTO a correction but never received a response from him, even after spending 3-4 hours on the whole test. Two weeks later, I was told that I didn't receive a high enough score than other candidates and was rejected. The test was mainly Java algorithms
