3 Phases interview process: 1 With hiring manager 2. Peer (from the team) 3. CMO/ Head of brand marketing. I went through the first two phases. Both interviews were very easy, full of behavioural based questions and understanding my previous experience. HR almost non existent in the entire process. I always inquired for feedback and HR never responded. After 1 month from the last interview (and couple of polite follow ups from my side), I got a system rejection classical mail that they went with candidates slightly closer matching the role. I asked for a personalized feedback which never came back. I would consider the entire process very unprofessional and definitely not going in line with the culture they pride themselves.
