The interview process I experienced with this company was the worst I've ever had. It stretched over two agonizing months, encompassing three rounds of interviews. To add insult to injury, after this lengthy ordeal, they informed me that they had chosen someone else for the position. It begs the question: does it really take two months to determine if a candidate is suitable for the job? The lack of communication from the HR department was equally frustrating. They seldom provided updates on the status of my application, and when I inquired, the response was consistently to wait for another week. My suggestion to the management would be to streamline and expedite the interview process for the sake of both the candidates and the company's reputation.
