The process is long but it's something I have seen more and more in similar job postings. Because it is a fully remote company, the process insures that you will be a great fit for the position and company.

Normal questions on previous experience and how it's applicable to the role I was applying to. I also had to do an in-tray exercise.

Interview
The interview process is extremely structured, thorough, and positive. Morgane, Wendie and Sharonn are really nice people to talk with and I believe they will be even better to work with. They are also very open and answer all my questions.
To be honest, I want to write about the application process. They have a different application process, which requests a video introduction. As you can guess, it is not an easy thing to record a video. Also, they have an upload limit of 10 megabytes which is very small. It takes lots of time and I have invested that time because I wanted to apply for the position. I have applied, I saw the success message on the application page. But after the application, I get nothing. No confirmation e-mail, no rejection e-mail, no feedback. I have asked about the issue from online chat from their website, again no reply. It is really upsetting to see that you have wasted your time for nothing.
