Confusing Communication: After receiving an informal offer, things became disorganized. There was a lack of clear updates and misalignment between internal recruitment and management.
Abrupt Cancellation: Ultimately, the role was canceled, leaving me disappointed after the time and effort invested.
Advice to Management:
Streamline the hiring process to respect candidates' time.
Improve internal communication to provide clarity and timely updates.
If a role's status drastically changes, inform candidates promptly and professionally.
