Interview
The HR person will reach out to you to schedule an interview. The first interview will be over the phone. The second interview will be onsite w/ 3-4 managers of the specific department you are interviewing for.

Have you ever been put in a situation where you needed to act quickly and come to a decision but your manager wasn't available? What did you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zones (Portland, OR)
Interview
One standard phone screening with a hiring manager, one in-person interview with sales managers, final phone interview with Director. Very standard, nice to not have more than 3 meetings. Referral is probably the best way to get your foot in the door, which is what I did.

Specifics included being able to learn and understand (at a sales level) any number of technologies to position them for sale to customers over the phone and via zoom.
Was very smooth and was in a panel. It was an onsite interview and everything was pretty comfortably done in an organised fashion. First they asked about my professional experience. Then they told me about the role and responsibilities and finally opened the floor for any questions I had.
Wasnt looking for a job, i was driving past the office and was flagged down by a gray haired man o. The sidewalk that said he was the CEO. He said he was desperate for some good salespeople and wanted to talk to me.
