Interview
Met with Fitness Manager, he showed me around the gym and all that is offered. Went to his desk and shared the various pay scales and offered me a job.

Question 1
Whether or not I am certified? How long have I trained and where? What are my specialties? How am I a team player?
First interview was a casual sit-down with the fitness manager discussing past experience and "what would you do if" scenarios. Second interview is a practical assessment of your ability to train a client under hypothetical circumstances.
