in this interview they conducted two rounds one is asking question through the job description and other is hr round. it's all related to the customer role, like how you handle if a customer got wrong item. and how should you handle pressure in this role .

Tije consuming but typically hires within a day. Starts with a writing test as it is a chat process then you work your way up with a PI with either the head HR or the process manager.
