There are 3 separate interviews: phone, one on one, and behavioral. Each of these were on different days. The phone interview was conducted by the hiring manager. They just ask you general questions such as background and interests. Most of my phone interview was the hiring manager telling me about the company and what what the position was all about. The one on one individual interview was me talking to 4 different heads in the in the engineering department. The people that interview you are your hiring manager and 3 other managers depending on availability in their schedule. I talked to each one for about 30 minutes. The last one is in front of a panel of about 6 people. I recommend looking up behavioral interview questions online and practice answering those questions. The questions they asked me were pretty similar to that. They asked about 5 of those questions.
