Quite disappointing experience. Applied online, got the 1st reply email in 16 days and scheduled a phone screen. Had a good talk, scheduled the 2nd video interview. Guess what, the interviewer didn't show up. Got an apologetic email the next day saying trying to figure out what happened and promised to reschedule. Again, no more communication in one week.
I had nothing personal against Zipline but this is very unprofessional. I feel there is bigger problem inside the company if an organization can't treat candidates fairly and do the thing right.
