The interview process went very well. I spoke to 2 Assistant Managers, for 30 minutes each, and the time just flew by. They made me feel comfortable and listened to my responses carefully. I applied for an Escrow Officer position but it was not certain that that would be the position I would be offered. If offered the position, I would feel so blessed and of course excited to be working at such a great company.

Very cordial and relaxing. The interviewers were friendly and glad to answer questions. They took their time and asked insightful questions. All aspects were covered throughly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Interview
The process consisted of an initial call with a recruiter going over the position. After the initial call 2 zoom video interviews were set up within a couple days with potential supervisors. After about a week from the zoom video interviews I had not received any further correspondence so I followed up with the recruiter asking for an update. After a couple of days was then set up with an additional phone interview with a potential supervisor. I have not received any further updates, it's been a couple of days since I had the last phone interview.
All in all I really enjoyed speaking with everyone at Zillow but it has been a pretty lengthy process. Having to ask for updates over and over from the recruiters seem to be an on going thing from reading other reviews.

The interview was a two step process with both a Virtual video and phone call portion. They seemed a bit scattered and desperate to hire anyone with a warm body.
