It has three stages
You write an aptitude exam
You meet with the HR
Finally you meet the DMD. After which you are being handed your employment contract
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zenith Bank (Lagos)
Interview
It started with an interview with human resources. The second stage is a panel interview. The last stage of the interview is with the General Manager of human resources. The first and second stage was generally easy. But the last stage was a little intense.
