Interview
There was a 20 minute phone call, followed by a 45 minute remote interview where you recorded your answers and submitted them, then a team in person interview where I met the Customer advocate managers and they each asked me different questions round table style.

Interview
First there was an Online interview with video questions and an online cognitive assessment. Following that, there was a phone screening with a recruiter who then set up an in person interview with multiple team members - the leadership team and director.
Following the interview and offer, I submitted my information for a background check through ESS.
I was then passed to HR who started my onboarding process.
It was all very organized and efficient

Interview
The interview process was complex but unique. I met with 4 people throughout the day, and also had to complete a personality test as well as an explanation test. I interviewed separately with 3 people, and shadowed a current Customer Advocate employee. Additionally a tour of the office was completed.
