Pros

The company culture is EXCELLENT, it is a really fun and playful place to work. Everyone is SO nice, very outdoorsy and adventurous. There are so many fun activities planned, lots of parties and perks. Everyone is really supportive and they do a good job of cultivating team work.

Cons

The pay isn't the best. Lots of moving around in the top positions.
