The interview process is of two rounds. 1. Technical aptitude 2. Personal Interview Technical aptitude doesn't matter because you just have to ATTEMPT 3 questions out of 6. They won't even check for the right answer and you will be asked to wait for personal interview. My Personal interview was conducted by two person panel. Both were technically sound no doubt in that. Only advice i would give to the management is rather than saying "We will call you back" you can just say then and there itself if the candidate did not clear the process. Not everyone has the mindset to understand your rejection process. Tip: Be thorough with your answer. If you don't know something try not to screw things up by saying something else.
