I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zeiders Enterprises (Bremerton, WA) in May 2010
Interview
Zeiders was friendly and well planned. They are located out of state and the interview was coordinated to accomodate my schedule. I was informed as to the type of interview with plenty of time to prepare. The interview panel was friendly and informative. They were honest about how the jobs at this company operate, i.e. fixed initial offer of income and parallel growth opportunities. However, on the job experience encompasses much more than the official job description and it is encouraged that employees participate to the maximum of their ability.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when a planned teaching experience went very badly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Zeiders Enterprises
Interview
Preliminary interview with HR and then virtual interview. Two people interviewed me including the potential supervisor. Interview questions were fair and I was able to answer them all with some thought. Interviewers also clarified and answered any questions I had. The interviewers gave me very positive feedback throughout the interview, like “great answer” and “it sounds like your values really align with our company” but then I didn’t get the job. I wish they had remained more neutral rather than giving me false hope in their feedback during the interview.

Question 1
How would I advise a military spouse who is seeking employment?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zeiders Enterprises in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was a complete waste of time and full of red flags. It took about two weeks from the time I applied for the job to my interview. I overlooked that I would be required to be deployed for weeks at a time on the application. I feel like the recruiter should have reiterated this to me during the initial interview before I agreed to the panel interview with the hiring manager and department supervisor. Anyway, the interview was scheduled and I was told I had to put together a powerpoint presentation which sounds like free work to me. During the panel interview, they told me about potential deployment and I was straightforward about not wanting to do this responsibility. I suggested that we ended the interview if this was the deciding factor of hiring me. They insisted that I continue with the interview and they will see what they can do. The telephone interview with the panel was almost THREE HOURS of repetitive questions and 'how would you handle this' scenarios. SERIOUSLY? Long story short, I did not get the job and I'm not mad about it. I'm actually mad for wasting three hours of my life. For the record, the questions weren't difficult; however, the interview was unnecessarily long.
