Screening with recruiter, followed by job for with Director. Then there’s a technical assessment and role play and then a final executive interview. The tech assessment and role play require hours of preparation and they are looking for a complex builds and ability to go deep on discovery.

Recruiter reached out based on results of AI Fluency assessment in careers site, 5 stages in total - recruiter screen, HM interview, assignment coaching call, panel/presentation, executive interview. Recruiter was highly communicative and shared ample preparatory resources. Each interviewer was on time, engaged and prepared. I felt well supported throughout the experience.
