Interview
Interview with HR was fast, like two days after applying. Then, a delay of two weeks without any notice from Zeal. After that, they contacted me for the first technical interview. I did it (hard interview). Next, the second technical interview (again hard and some questions repetated from the first interview). They sent me a very long test which I did in 8 hours. Of course, I did not get paid for the time invested, an entire working day. Finally, what it was supposed to be the feedback never received, and I sent the test months ago, what a ghosting.

Interview
The interview process was very well-organized and professional from start to finish. Each stage was clearly communicated, and the interviewers were engaging, making the entire experience enjoyable and informative about the role and company culture.
