I was contacted by a recruiter and made a 45 mn call with him about my experience and my insight about their application Yubo.
I had a 1h technical interview about my past experience with two incompetent people who are not even qualified to do a technical interview (a manager and an engineer). They sent me a technical test to finish in 4h. Then I did with them a 30 mn call to debrief about the test.
They seemed very incompetent, the discussion was very vague and rushed out. No clear feedback was given. The discussion wasn't serious, which is disappointing because I took the test seriously and I invested time and energy on it. After that, I had a call from the recruiter telling me that the test and skill were good but they prefer to go with someone with more seniority level. Yes, the cv and the interviews weren't enough for them to tell if I have the seniority they are looking for :D. At least have people more experienced and competent to do the interview.
Yubo doesn't seem serious, it sounds fishy to me. Pay attention about what you say and don't give ideas.
