Youth Home interview questions

Apply online, HR reviews application, screens and passes eligible candidates on to Unit (residential house) Managers, who call you in and conduct interviews. It will be the Unit Manager offering you the position. Then you train for an entire week with HR before mentoring with seasoned RTC's and beginning work.

You have to apply in-person, because they do not have an online application system. Interviewed within a week of applying. The DON was wonderful and thoroughly explained the job's role in their organization. I also was given a tour and was able to meet the other nurses working on staff. The whole process took about a month. They do extensive background and reference checks for the safety of their clients.
