Youth Challenge International interview questions

Simple application and only one round of interviews for international placement. I felt there should have been more questions about experience working abroad or how you cope in new environments since the placements are in countries with different cultural norms and practices than Canada. Additional insight on this topic is essential.

A four step process that commenced with the first meeting with. HR for 45 minutes followed by senior management meeting for 1 hour followed by a technical meeting. They also requested a written sample of work and this was followed by a final meeting with the head of the organisation. Prior to offer, references were checked.
