If you want to work for an agency that's run by project managers and account holders than this is for you. If you're tried and true born creative then you know to stay away. It seems like they're writing fake reviews as well to boost moral.

Question 1
Generic questions that don't touch point to the complexity of design process. This is obvious of course considering the first point I made. PM and AH team trying to build a studio when they don't understand how creatives work.
