The recruiter contacted me one day after applying. After informing myself, we scheduled a half-hour video call with the recruiter and after getting over it after two weeks I had a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager.

Tell me about yourself, tell me about your experiences, how you would improve your favorite YouTube channel, how you would help creators, how you would prioritize creator requests, what analytics you would look at for certain things, what I learned from past experiences

- first aproach by email asking more documents and scheduling a meet call.
- during the call The hr specialist told me he was a third party talent acquisition expert.
- after the interview he told me he would call me to see the status
- it has been more than a month and he have not replied yet.
