Yonex interview questions

A human resources representative and several development representatives participated in the interview process. It was so easy and short that I even asked for an additional interview here to learn more about the position.

It was quite simple compared to your traditional Japanese 2-3 round interviews. I met Yonex at the Daijob Career fair last month and submitted my resume. A week later they contacted me for an interview. There were about 8 candidates and only 1 position available. When I walked into the room there were 8-9 interviewers. One of them was foreign and the rest were Japanese. Imagine how nervous I was when I was the center of attention in the room. After about 30 minutes of being probed I was sent to another room to write a skills test. It mainly involved English grammar questions and an article they took off their Yonex badminton website and asked to translate it from Japanese to English. It was quite difficult. About JLPT N1 level. After that they notified me a week later of the results.
