6 interview stages over ~2.5 months, with 7–10 days between stages just to hear whether I was moving forward. Communication was consistently slow and impersonal, and any follow-up was met with robotic, copy-paste HR replies instead of a clear update or timeline.
After completing the final step, I waited almost 20 days (including the Christmas period) and followed up again — only to receive a vague “we don’t want to keep you waiting” type message that effectively shut the door without a decision, without feedback, and without any explanation. No closure, no respect for the time and preparation invested — just a passive dismissal after several weeks of effort.
If you value your time and energy, proceed with extreme CAUTION. This was one of the worst candidate experiences I’ve had, and it seriously changed my view of the company and its management.
