Interview
The interview process was very thorough. It included an initial phone screen, and then another follow up conversation to go more in depth about my background. The next phase included a mock sales pitch as well as a written report, and I was given about a week to prepare for each. After passing that phase, the final round table interviews were split up into 2 days, about 2 hours each, and included about 6 different people from the company. Overall, the process was incredible and I learned so much about the company throughout. Yipit was very good about communicating quickly after each round, and I always felt like I knew where I stood. Overall GREAT experience!

First round met with one of the Senior Reps, then had to complete a take home assignment for the next round.. after that there were 3 more rounds that consisted of traditional interviewing where I met with more reps, etc.

Three rounds of interviews, one case study and one mock client call. The team was really great about giving feedback on everything and in the last round, I got to meet a lot of the other team members as well as with the leaders of Yipit.
