Applied online. After two weeks, I received an email with an assessment to complete. After a week, I interviewed with the company twice, via video conferencing.
They go over about their company, the culture, what makes them unique to the industry. The direction and tone of the company, Work-Life balance, as well as the compensation and benefits (which were excellent).
Unfortunately, I find it a bit difficult to say this was a positive experience. I can live with not receiving an offer. However, what bothers me is that you're told a time-frame as to when to expect a follow up, regardless if you're offered the position. After a week past the date I was given, I reached out to touch base with the company. No response. This gave me the impression that interviewer was not a genuine person.
They should practice what they preach in their blog about the hiring/on-boarding process.
