I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Year Up United (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2025
Interview
Very straightforward, screening call with recruiter, interview with two team members, interview with boss. The two team members basically ask the same question in multiple ways. Everything happens very quickly and is clearly defined. Unfortunately, the job itself is never fully laid out so it becomes increasingly difficult to answer the interview questions. You kind of have to guess at what they're looking for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask repeatedly about how you would set up your classroom without ever describing the curriculum.

Interview
Pretty standard interview process. 2 total interviews, one with the hiring manager and another one with the whole team. The recruiter then follows up with a final decision. The test teach was about 15 minutes long with the whole team.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Year Up United (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Applied online, was asked to complete a personality test prior to a 30 minute phone interview. Lots of behavioral questions during the phone interview. Test results have never been shared. Unfair? The recruiter followed up with the rejection letter, which is a professional thing to do than not to.
