I applied for this role in the 3rd week of March 2022 and had my 'final' virtual onsite on April first week. After multiple follow ups by me, they asked to have another interview on May 25. On June 14, I was finally given an offer letter which I accepted. Since I am on an H1-B visa, the process to transfer the H1-B began. On seeing that the process was not moving forward at an expected pace, I asked for an update and I was sent a cold email on Aug 19 saying that the business decision was made to rescind the offer. No proper explanation or a reason was given in the email and the hiring manager and recruiter both didn't respond to my messages. And to add to this, the Job was posted again on their career website after a week. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
