Three stages, not including the HR screen, including one 2-hour panel with four 30-minute segments. Recruiters and interviewers were polite and timely, and they did not repeat the same questions too much.

Interview
Yahoo has you interview with your future potential peers, which is interesting and somewhat effective. Deadline with HR was a bit of a nightmare though. When the offer finally came in, the back and forth was not fun at all. They're a big corporation that it's easy to get lost in. Wouldn't recommend them too highly as they're a bit directionless still, even in the Marissa Mayer era.

Interview
It was only one meeting with my manager, short and easy. We talked about my experience and the work I had to do. My manager was very nice and immediately told me that the position was for me.
