Very focused on customer relations and fashion and styling, and seeing how you interact with others. They also like to see how you work in a team as well as on your own. Also tested designer knowledge, although customer care is the main focus

I applied online for the customer sales position. I had telephone interview which lasted 15 mn where I was asked about my career background. I found their application process to be very timely and structured but unfortunately I failed the typing test which I found confusing because there was no mock test to prepare me and I had no idea what they meant by using luxury tone.
