I applied through other source. I interviewed at YAI - Seeing beyond disability (Bronx, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process itself was not bad. It started as a group interview and then individuals were selected for their individual interviews. The group interview was more an introduction to the company & then a few situational questions were asked. The purpose of the group interview was to see how we interacted with others, as per the HR recruiter. It was very comfortable and did not feel intimidating.

I applied online. I interviewed at YAI - Seeing beyond disability (Bronx, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
Group interview, then individual interview. The process of waiting took a bit long. Was approved for a follow up interview with the residential house that I am interested in working for.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at YAI - Seeing beyond disability (New York, NY) in Sep 2017
Interview
The first interview is a group interview. To be real honest this was my first group interview ever & I was a little nervous but it went great. Then the interviewer called us each for a one on one. I then was called for a second interview with the supervisor at one of their residential homes. They asked me to come in and bring an activity for the people who love there. That went great! Then I was asked to come for another interview and that's when I was offered the job!!! Overall the process took 3 weeks would of been 2 but I had to reschedule the 3rd interview!
