Normal process, first talking about professional background then more technical topic are discussed. Such as the projects that I worked in, tools that I used, project standards that I followed, how I verified the design, and more technical details regarding FPGAs.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Xilinx (San Jose, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Interview was for almost an hour and it covered all the basics of digital logic design and projects and in general IQ. Some basics about scripting. The interviewers were friendly and guided at the points where I stuck.
