Short Sweet and to the point. They want to hear what you have learned while you were a temp. They were very quiet and expected me to elaborate on several questions that they had.

Interview
The interview process was easy. I had a phone interview. I took two assessment test and I passed with flying colors. The next day i called snd left a message for my HR contact to sed what my next step was and she called me back the following day. I had a face to face interview that same day and I completed my 2nd interview and I met with my HR representative in person. I start work next week and I am thrilled! The whole interview process was speedy and the management staff are awesome!

I was shocked that the Hiring Director did my interview in the lobby of the facility. I felt like it didn't matter that I was there because it did not feel like a real interview. It did not feel like a professional interview. The process was so rushed that it did not seem like they were really interested in me as a person, only hiring someone to fill a empty slot.
