Xeeva interview questions

I had joined this company last year. Interview process was interesting. Since the role needed a creative person, once the first round with HR was over, she sent an email where I had to submit my profile in a way where they can see my creative side. Also there was an assessment to check excel and power point skills. Second round was with a marketing department member to understand the roles and responsibilities as well as my evaluation. There was one more HR round after that. And the last round was with the CEO. All went well virtually and I got the offer, a remote work role since the headquarters are in the US and in Bhopal India only.

I got a call from HR and he asked me about the experience, CCTC, and ECTC, and updated resume. I got the mail after an hour that your profile matched with our company along with the BERT assignment. I spend a week completing assignments and shared with them. after that they delayed the interview for a week and called and mailed them so many times then only they schedule the next interview. they asked a basic question. 90% answer was correct means interview was positive. but they rejected and the reason is your experience is not matching with our requirements. how come they didn't see it in my resume or my first call with HR?
